Hi I have changed my teamviewer email address but tells me it wont update untill the email is activa

Welcome to our Community! 🌍
Indeed, when you want to change the mail address of your user account, you must receive a confirmation email to the new mail address in order to validate the change.
Have you checked your spam folder to see if any email from us has been received?
You can also abort the process and do it again from your Management Console as it is explained in our article:
