have a free account and do not use for commercial use of any kind i cannot reset password on it as haven't used for a while say password reset been sent but never arrived tried multiple times. any suggestion on how to cure this please.
did this multiple times and it never sends me rest link required i have just signed up again but no doubt will trigger commercial usage again when im helping my family and will have to go through the form process again ! niggles me a bit as im using exactly same address best regards Martin (MrHackit)
