Is anyone seeing high latency from TV router to your computer?

The last few days I have had issues connecting to my computers at work from home and from work to home through the Internet. When TV does connect, there is a lag in the screen and response of the remote machine. While at work connecting via our LAN via TV to other machines on our LAN, it works fine.

When connected via the Internet, I see in the TV Connection Information window that there is high latency 243ms and the speed is only 1.1 Mbps from the TV router to my (Your computer). The connection from the TV router to the remote machine has low latency and reasonably fast speeds for that connection. The Internet connection from work to the TV router is 1Gbps. Nothing has changed to our knowledge on the LAN and our ISP.

Any ideas?

What you could try is to Optimize speed when you are connecting to this specific device.

You will be able to set it up during your remote control session in your dashboard under Actions → Quality:

This will prioritize the speed of the traffic and can, therefore, fix high latency issues during connections.
