TeamViewer community not being helpful. Even i have sent email, no one help me.

My problem is when I am going to connect to my brother's phone it's showing this(Your partner did not confirm your query to view his/her screen. Thus connection was closed.)

What does this mean and what is the solution, please help me to resolve this issue . please do the needful. Thank you.

And when you connect, does your brother confirm the connection? He needs to press Allow, so you can connect successfully.

That's an Android. He installed TeamViewer host. And all the permission done. He is in my contact but showing when I am going to connect to my brother's phone it's showing this(Your partner did not confirm your query to view his/her screen. Thus connection was closed)

Can you confirm that you have installed QuickSupport on your brother's phone?

Is the phone and Android or an iPhone?
