I have been using TeamViewer for a year now to log into my computer at work. We have a subscription. All year I have had an issue where my connection is dropped constantly. Sometimes it lasts for about 5 or 10 minutes and other times it only lasts a couple of seconds. I have sent in logs to techs there at TeamViewer but no one has ever been able to help me. I have Spectrum internet and get a constant 500 down and 20 up. I have tried changing all the settings, updating to the latest versions of TeamViewer and even deleted all files and reinstalled the settings. I also have tried to reinstall on a separate Log In on my Mac.
Has anyone ever had issues like this and if so, how did you fix them?
