How to link my new license to the old account with outdated license

I bought a new license for my account which is assigned to an outdated license. However, when I tried to renew my activate my new license， I failed to get access to my account with the warning message "Please pay to unblock". How can I get the problems resolved?

My first guess would be that you have purchased a new license instead of paying for your initial license renewal.

My recommendation would be to call our customer support, so they can fix this and get you back on track!
