"Detected" as not a community/free user

I have been using TeamViewer for personal use for a long time now (yes, I also used paid licenses @ different workplaceses). In the last year or so, somehow my account has been "flagged" as a not-community account and I'm being blocked/kicked after a few seconds. I would like to get this fixed, any idea how to do so?!
Yes, my private account is also used/installed on my work laptop, but its used only for connecting to my kids' PCs and supporting them remotely.
