Linux full silent install

Hi,
I am looking for a way to install teamviewer host on an Ubuntu device (22.04). So far i have not found a completely silent way of doing this, which i require.
There is still the problem where one has to physically accept the user agreement when first opening the program. Which i want to accept through command(s).
I hope someone here has an anwser for this problem!
