I am trying to connect to another computer but i only see the window that shows what this computers id and password. I don't want to send it to them. I want to connect to them

May I ask you what OS you are using?
Also, are you using TeamViewer Full client? It should look like this:
📌Note: The TeamViewer QuickSupport and TeamViewer Host only receive connection. You can't connect to someone else using them.
