First, here are some tips to help you troubleshoot your issue:

Check if the latest version of TeamViewer is installed on both sides.
Try to restart the TeamViewer service by following the instructions below (for Windows devices):

If the error message is still appearing, could you please try to connect to another remote machine? It could help us determine on which side an issue could occur.
