MONITOR RESOLUTION NOT CHANGING

Hi there,

big issue related to monitor resolution in team viewer accessing my mini pc mele Q3 via my laptop. if an external monitor is connected to the mini pc, on the laptop i see the full resolution 1920x1080. if i disconnect the external monitor via HDMI the resolution goes to 1024x768 with no possibility to change. if i reconnect the external monitor the resolution goes up again automatically to 1920x1080. see screenshot below. how can i fix this? i tried everything ....
