I'm on a remote Windows PC with TeamViewer. I was able to connect to the administrator support desk fine this morning using the ID and random password generated by TV.
This afternoon, TV only shows the ID and password area is blank. In Settings / Security the box under "Random Password for spontaneous access" shows "Disabled (no random password)". This is greyed out and I am not able to open a drop down box to select another option.
Keen to know how I can fix this.
