Team Viewer Quick Support app used by hackers to hack my device
Yesterday, a group of hackers hacked my phone using quick support. My question is were they able to access only the information visible on my home screen, or were they able to collect any other confidential data as well? How can I save my device from any potential virus sent by the hackers via quick support?

Hi all (@Gfirk, @Mc69_ , @nicorubio2 , @Moti1 )
We're sorry to hear about the negative experience you had with TeamViewer.
Unfortunately, remote control software like ours is sometimes abused by scammers.
Please know that once the TeamViewer app is deleted from a device, no new connections can be made. Deleting the app, or even disconnecting the device from the internet, will automatically end any current session.
We take these matters very seriously - If you or anyone has been contacted in this manner, you can report the case on our page Resolute Misuse Prevention.
You can find more information on steps taken, as well as the international organizations we work with to mitigate this type of fraud here.
