Cannot move device to different device group Error: mWbZFDRhLRL-3-3-3A-FpJ

I cannot seem to move the device because according to the error the device is not managed by my account:

Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request.

You cannot move this device to a shared group as it is not assigned to your account. 

The device is already in my account, in another group. I can connect to it, and on the device itself it is assigned to me and "grant easy acces" is enabled.

Any feedback possible cause is welcome.

    Glad to see you're back! 🙌

    You seem to have the device in your account but are not the device's owner.

    You can only move devices to a shared group if you are the device's owner.

    To solve this, you will need to contact the device owner and ask them to move the device as you with.
