When using remote control with Teamviewer Host or QuickSupport on a Unitech EA520 (Android 11) device, I cannot open a file or folder when using the native File browser app.
I can only open root folders (like Documents, Pictures, Download, etc.) and see their contents, but nothing happens if I try to open a subfolder or a file.
On a Unitech EA500 (Android 9) device, everything works fine: I can open any folder or file when using the native File browser app.
I have already checked if the Host/QuickSupport has all permissions granted in the app settings, and installed the latest versions.
