Good morning.
I was so stupid and got scamed last night. I let the other side connected with my android phone through teamviewer quicksupport with full access and control. After I realized it, I notified credit bureaus and changed my password for all account. But I still have a few questions since I am not familiar with teamviewer quicksupport downloaded from Google play store.
1: while I gave them the full access with my phone, does it show on my phone what they are doing remotely? My android phone was connected, but I didn't notice that they open any other app or websites. If they did, could I see it from my phone?
2: I uninstalled teamviewer right after that. Now can I still find a log file indicating what they did while connecting my phone?
3: Although I did see any other apk installed, and I ran a virus scan after that. Should I fully factory reset my phone to avoid malicious software installed on my phone without my knowledge?
It is fully my stupidity. Thanks for your time to read it. Any advices or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
So far, no sigh of misuse with my bank account or SSN.
