i have a computer with windows vista so i went online and saw that i need to download version 11.
i did that but when i try to connect to it , it says version is to old, need to update.
is there anyway to access this computer remotely?

The free version of TeamViewer is only available and usable with the latest version on both sides of the connection (currently TeamViewer 15.x).
