How allow multiple people to access computer, even after re-booting?

Teamviewer has this "feature" where the random password is reset ever re-boot/re-start, or sometimes it just seems to change on its own. The solution offered when people complain is to link to here

which involves granting easy access to ONE account, while disabling other access. It is a common scenario for MULTIPLE users to require access a single computer remotely. Since remote, it is not feasible to check the password every time it changes. How do we set this up? By the way, a simple option to NOT change the random password unless told to would be a quick solution.

Using Easy access is the best practice for this scenario. The only thing missing to resolve your problem is to share the group where your computer is located with full control as a setting.

This will share the groups and transfer Easy Access to the other users.

With this setup, all users will have access to this single computer securely.
