No Receiving Trust Device e-mail - AGAIN!!!!

Hi, trying to log into my account on a new computer (Free version I have been using for over 5 years.) I get a message that an email has been sent to add the device to our trusted device list but I never receive the email. Have checked spam/junk folders and it isn't there either.

This happened back in 2016 and I was able to e-mail support, but now that is not an option.

Can you please help and whitelist my e-mail address again?
