I've recently upgraded my windows and apparently I have to re-authenticate to log on to TV web site. I thought I had two level authentication activated but that does not work. I am also not getting the email (no it is not in my spam folder). I have no way to do anything so I created this account so I can at least access this forum. Can someone help me figure this out? TIA.
