Hello.

I have problem with one of my PCs. I got like 5 of them, and all of them work perfectly fine expect one. I turn on/ off 4 of my PCs daily, and one is working 24/7. I got problem with this one working all the time. It just sometimes goes off and never go online again. Even now, im writing this post from it, and the status in program shows that im online, but on the list of my PCs its offline and i cannot connect to it from other PCs. All of them are set up to connect w/o authorization, so i can freely acess them from each other or my phone.

What can cause this? Changing power plan can do it? Its annoying very muchacho.

Ok, i figured this out, im so stupid i can not believe it. I probably reinstaled TV on my machine and it got a new ID that i didnt switch on my PC list. I switched the id and its working for now. I could connect to the other PCs from here, but couldnt connect to it from the other side. Thank you and im sorry for taking your time.

I checked the boxes, did restart, did update and still i cannot connect to it, i sit literaly next to my PC and can not connect to it from my phone. Its grayed out. I get the message about TV is not running on the machine or its internet connection is off. It doesnt want to go on.

Let me first explain the status of the devices and the TeamViewer account. When the TeamViewer account is online, it indicates that your TeamViewer account is working fine on the current TeamViewer ID. However, the devices you have saved under your TeamViewer Computers and Contacts list may reflect a different status as the devices could possibly not connect to the internet or TeamViewer server.

If you would like to ensure TeamViewer is running online all the time, we recommend looking for the following setting options of

Start TeamViewer with Windows
Disable TeamViewer shutdown

📌Please make sure that you have administrative rights on the devices to tick for the settings.
