I have a user id and when i turn off the computer i can still see the PC as connected.
And the PC dont get assigned a password. Both is shown by photo.

Indeed, after analyzing your screenshot, we can see that the device NGI - P4668 seems online and the one you selected is offline.
As a first step, please verify the properties of each device. To do so, please select the device name in your Computers & Contacts list and then click the Gear Icon (⚙)→ Properties as shown below:
Here you will notice two separate fields - the Alias (or name) of the device, and the TeamViewer ID. While a TeamViewer ID is unique and cannot be shared with any other device, the Alias/Name of the device is not unique - this means it is possible for two devices to have the same name. By comparing the two device's properties, you should notice two different IDs. This is why the two devices named the same may have different online statuses.
Also, my second thought was that you might be working on a Windows server. On a server, you will see two different IDs: the TeamViewer user ID and the TeamViewer server ID. Both IDs can be found under Help → About TeamViewer. In case you have saved the server ID in your list, it could be that the device is permanently displayed as online.
Regarding the "assigned password", would you mind giving a bit more details about it to have a better understanding?
