Operating system: Windows
Release date: 2022-11-28
- Added Remote Scripting support for managed devices.
- Added support for unattended Remote Terminal
- You can now connect to your managed devices through Remote Terminal anytime, even from the Windows Logon screen. You can also start the Remote Terminal with your preferred Windows user account on the remote machine. Learn more here.
It appears that the Connection Report in the Management Console lists Remote Terminal sessions as Session Type Remote Control, will this be updated to display Remote Terminal?
This distinction could be important for compliance issues.
In addition, I'm not seeing anything in Policies that would allow an admin to disable the ability to connect using Remote Terminal. There may be instances where (again due to compliance) we may not want terminal access to a device but are OK with screen control since the user would know someone was remoted in.
