My partner transferred his team viewer account to me and I cannot sign in to team viewer as me because the emails I received only lead me to create a new account when I should have a premium membership
this doesn't help I'm not a new customer with new codes to enter to access different products. I'm taking over an existing account with MY NAME INSTEAD OF THE PREVIOUS NAME. period. So I need access to the account as discussed over the phone when the account transfer was agreed too.
