    Thank you for your post, and welcome to the TeamViewer community!

    Each separate thread is regarding it's own issue; if a solution has been provided, it will appear in the thread itself. Users can also choose replies as 'best answers' which will then appear at the top of the thread right below the question.

    Please also know that the TeamViewer Community is user-driven - this means that many solutions come from other users similar to you! While the moderators and other employees at TeamViewer do appear in the threads to answer questions, we cannot guarantee every single thread may be answered. We also merge similar threads, to add unanswered threads to ones on the same topic that are already answered.

    Answers can also be found in the many articles we have in our Knowledge Hub!

    I hope this helps explain the forum a little bit, and also feel free to ask any questions you may have!
