Error when connecting to computer

There was an error rendering this rich post.

I rebuilt my father-in-law's computer (using teamviewer full install) and selected public non-commercial use. When I attempt to connect from my host, I get the following error:

I then uninstalled Teamviewer on the remote machine and installed the teamviewer-host version being careful to once again select the public non-commercial version.

I still get the error when attempting to connect. I've never done any customization to the installs, they are downloaded straight from teamviewer.

Is there a way to correct this?

Thank you for contacting us for help in the TeamViewer Community!

According to the error message from you, you have started the remote connections via customised modules like TeamViewer QuickSupport, and TeamViewer Host.

May I ask you to uninstall the TeamViewer Host, then download and install TeamViewer Full client and try again for remote connections please?
