2 weeks, no update for my refund.
Just wanted to say that I am very dissapointed with the customer service provided.
Its been 2 week since I asked for a refund and I still don't have any news.
I'd advise to try another similar software if you think about trying it thinking you can
get your refund easily.
I will file a dispute with my credit card company tomorrow
