I purchased a Doctor M500 diagnostic device and I am having problems with the connection with the Team Viewer recognition. I Need to download a diagnostic programme for my car. To be absolutely frank I do not know what part "Team Viewer" actually plays in terms of the functionality of this diagnostic tool. I have been instructed to register and download TV.

Ok. Jean, thank you for responding.

I have registered with TV and I do believe the TV platform is supposed to support the after sales demands for the Doctor M500.

If I could only download the software for the M500 it would be super. Anyway, I have sent a message to China. (no sarcasm meant)

I think the best would be to ask the manufacturer of Doctor M500 how they are using TeamViewer in their system.

That would be a better starting point to be in the best position to help you further.
