After recent Samsung S21 software update, Remote Control / host CANNOT digit lock sceen password of remote device (Samsung S21)
Since few days ago everything was working fine, i could remote access my Samsung S21, no problem.
While, immediately after a recent Software update, not i cannot.
I can still access the remote device perfectly, i can see the lock screen and all the notifications, BUT as soon as i try to open a notification or anything.. the sign/password lock screen appears for a microsecond and then BLACK SCREEN.. so now, sing the software update i cannot digit the password (sign) to enter/access into my remote device samsung S21
Notice that if the lock screen has been manually removed physically digiting the password (or sign) NOT remotely, everything works fine.
I guess there is a BLOCKER in the new software update that Teamviewer HOST is not capable or does NOT have the RIGHTS/PRIVILEGES to access/digit the lock screen password remotely.
