Touch control not working well

Hi. I use TV Remote Control on a Moto G100 to control a Moto G52 with TV Host.
In touch mode it doesn't work well.
Touching the screen puts a blue hand cursor but does not click, that is, nothing happens.
It also doesn't drag with two fingers, etc.
I found that if I touch the screen in a neutral zone with another finger, and keep contact permanently, I can operate normally.
That is, click, drag, etc.
But I have to keep the finger making the "auxiliary" contact permanently or it stops working.
Until a couple of weeks ago I was using TV CR on a Moto G7+ to control a Moto G8+ with TV Quick Support and it worked fine, but I changed phones.
I already restarted both phones and reinstalled both programs.
I also switched to mouse control and back, to no avail.
I have a free account.
TV CR version 15.37.185
TV H version 15.36.170
I will appreciate your ideas on this.

This morning I also lost control of my mother's PC in the same manner: a blue hand cursor appears where I touch the screen on my G100 cellphone, but has no clicking abilities.

However the "auxiliary" finger solution did not work this time.

Also, after connecting and disconnecting several times as I tried different options, TVCR failed to reestablish the connection alltogether, posting a "Session canceled" note every time i tried to reconnect from there on, even though it is an unattended access.

In the afternoon I accessed the G52 cellphone and was able to see it's screen, but nothing happened when I touched the screen, not even the blue hand cursor appeared.

Bummer...
