UNABLE TO LOGIN THROUGH REMOTE ACCESS LICENSE

Dear Sir
I am unable to log in through my licensed team viewer account i.e. [removed per Community Guidelines]
When I checked in the customer portal, THE subscription is valid till 10.05.2023 but is showing as terminated.
Inadvertently I created a free Teamviewer account with "cherukuakg@gmail.com.
I would like to know how to deactivate the "free Teamviewer account" and activate the "Licensed Teamviewer account".
