Computers Showing Offline when they are Online

Hello! I have the free version with three devices. One is a work laptop, a home PC, and a home laptop. When I am logged into TeamViewer on any of them, the other two show as offline, even if they are turned on. I have Easy Access set up. Do I need to be logged into Windows in person on the device in order to access it via TeamViewer?
