Hello,
a user with a Windows 11 device has our teamviewer host installed, so that we can connect to the system.
We see the device online in computers and contacs. We initiate connection, input the password the recipient gives us but then the recipient receives no button or "pup up" to allow screen sharing. And the teamviewer panel on the recipient side is blank
We did not change anything in our installation process. This process only fails when connecting to the device from the screenshot.
What could be the problem?
