When a client of ours starts a remote session and my boss starts the remote session with the client, when he adds me as a participant, he losses the ability to point on the clients screen (ie his mouse cursor doesn't show up anymore), however, my mouse pointer does show up (as expected).
We cannot figure out why his mouse pointer gets lost just by adding me as a participant.
