Making a remote phone call from a laptop

Hello,
I have a Google Pixel 4XL. I want my team members to be able to remotely control the Pixel device from their laptop computers, and make phone calls for me.
However, they cannot hear anything on their side of the remote access. How do I set this arrangement up so that they could make phone calls and hear the other person on the call?
