we have an issue with some of our devices (fully managed by MDM enrolled in Device Owner mode).
When starting a remote session, the screen remains black. However, meanwhile we figured out that there are some internal restrictions (caused by the enrollment method) where screenshots are blocked.
When allowing screenshots on some of the devices e.g. Nokia Android One with Android 10 the remote screen can be seen --> so there are not problems; but when the very same profile is sent to Nokia X10 with Android 13 the MDM says success, the profile is retrieved by the device, but the screen is still black.
Do you have any idea what can be done to fix this problem? Or is there maybe any known issue on Nokia X10 or Android 13?
