I cannot get the latest update. It is in the blog as [Windows] v15.38.3

We installed the 15.38.3 version and we now have multiple computers that are no longer displaying a ID number or password with no internet connection in the bottom left. Rolling back to the previous version 15.37.8 fixes the issue.
I note that when we change the proxy settings from "Automatically detect settings (recommended)" to "No proxy" we then get a green "ready to connect (secure connection)" message at the bottom left, but the ID and the password stilll remains blank and we can't make a connection.
I opened a ticket with TeamViewer Support but they just said to do a clean uninstall and reinstall, which didn't help.0

Did you try to update to 15.39.5 and see if it works as expected?
