Files, folders sticking to mouse pointer
Hey TeamViewer,
This has already been asked within the community, but i work for a big firm in the IT dep and i have multiple users complaining to me about this drag and drop issue like it's my fault and i should fix it. What happens is at random it can work fine for a while then all of a suddent files or folders when drag and dropping sticks to the mouse pointer.
It doesn't matter if its windows to mac, mac to windows, mac to mac or windows to windows, all different mac types and OS versions, it happens all over.
I can only put this down to a software issue as i have tried many solutions that do not work.
Can someone please look into this properly and give the community some feedback regarding it?

We've been experiencing this issue a lot as well. I've tried loads of different things and thought I had fixed it by matching TV versions exactly but then it came back. It's super annoying and makes Teamviewer almost unusable.
