Cannot get TeamViewer (any version but now on most up to date) to allow me to reboot the remote computer into Safe Mode AND COME BACK TO ME! (Please excuse the capitals but I wish to emphasise the relevant point). Yes, I can get the remote to reboot and Yes, I have both witnessed and been told that the other system has restarted in Safe Mode but never has any remote system (and I have tried with different ones) communicated further with me and invited me to re-connect. Effectively, I just lose the connection. The remote never talks to me again no matter how long I wait. Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong or how I can overcome this issue, please?
