Teamviewer doesn't start under linux

When I close Teamviewer GUI under linux and want to start it again later, no GUI shows up. When I try to start it via console, nothing happens except for:

Init...

CheckCPU: SSE2 support: yes

Checking setup...

Launching TeamViewer ...

Launching TeamViewer GUI ...

Systemctl status teamviewerd.service says

Feb 07 10:04:03 local systemd[1]: Starting TeamViewer remote control daemon...

Feb 07 10:04:03 local systemd[1]: teamviewerd.service: Can't open PID file /run/teamviewerd.pid (yet?) after start: Operation not permitted

Feb 07 10:04:03 local systemd[1]: Started TeamViewer remote control daemon.

When I reboot the whole computer, Teamviewer starts but again only once.
