Free Personal JHijacked By Previous Company, Can No Longer Login

Hello,

I left my previous employer about a year ago. During that time due to SSO issues within the company I wound up registering my personal account tied to my personal email to their corportate account. Now that I have left they cannot figure out how to remove me without disabling my account. I would like to delete and recreate my account if nothing else because I use it to help my elderly parents with their home computer...

Anyone have experience with this?

Let me quickly explain why I'm suggesting this:

• They have the possibility to remove your personal email address from the company profile without disabling your account. • Additionally, they also have the possibility to delete your account. Your email address is then no longer tied to the company profile and ready to be reused for a brand-new TeamViewer account. 📌 Additional note: Please remind the company admin to check the User Status in the User management of the Management Console if your account is not appearing in the list of company members.
