I am geeting this error you have already reached the limit for licensing actions for this month  

For Remote viewer . can any body tell me why this is happening. As I have 12 month subcontract for the same

By the description provide, I believe you're using a Remote Access license, is that correct?

If it is, please note that the Remote Access license has a restriction of 3 partner devices and you can replace these 3 devices up to 3 times per month. The rest of the 3 moves occur on the 1st of each month.
