Why I cannot control partner computer.

I want to access and use my home computer from office computer, but it won't let me, only view screen. I was able to do it before, with no problem, but i got the subscription, and i cannot access the computer only view screen.

But I can control my office computer from home... I just dont get it. What am i doing wrong?

I might have an idea of what could cause your access issue.

This could be related to the access control settings set on your office computer or the home computer. You need to make sure Full Access is set on both computers.

On the home computer, you can verify this in the TeamViewer options under Options (⚙) → Advanced → Advanced settings for connections to this computer as below:

On the office computer, you can verify this in the TeamViewer options under Options (⚙) → Advanced → Advanced settings for connections to other computers as below:
