Teamviewer freeze early in the install

Hello!

Trying to install Teamviewer on my pc, but the installer freeze at "Copy to C:\Program Files\TeamViewer\RollbackTemp\TeamViewer_.exe" both 64 bit and 32 bit does that.

Restarted my PC and disabled Mallwarebytes Anti mallware. same happends. Run one time works. but i need the install. I let the install stand there overnight, no progression. Anyone has an idea why this happends?
