TeamViewer crashes after 15/20 minutes

Hello,

I am a free user located in China and connecting through VPN.

For the last 6 connections with friends, I have been experiencing regular TV crashes after an average period of 15 to 20 minutes. There is no message except the one below:

I did check the compatibilities and apparently all is good. Could you help me solving this issue please ?
