So mom's not good with tech at all. I was able to help her with this using this app. I live in a nother state, yet I was able to help her, update her phone all while she laid sick in the bed. I work 12hr. Shift and mom's not awake when I'm able to trxh support for her.
Now not sure if it her new phone (android 11) or a TeamViewer update that's requiring mom to have to be awake to give me access to help her when I can. Is there anyway to get around this so I can help my mother learn her phone and keep her phone updated?
