Hello, I just bought a new model of android box which is Android certified. The model is : Homatics R 4K Plus. Unfortunately, I can't have full control of the device like with my other android boxes (Beelink GT King) I see the screen but can't do anything.
In addition, once the teamviewer add on universal program extension is installed, and I put on, in my accessibility. this means that my ok button on my controller no longer selects the application but opens a menu with choices. In short, I tried everything, host, teamviewer quick support, add on quick support, TeamViewer add on universal.
So I'm lost.
Is there a setting or other that would prevent me from taking control of the device? Also, I can't even transfer files to the box.
