My team is unable to remote into the machines that we have.

After checking in on them physically, they keep getting this error but always seem to go offline even though the machines are set to not go to sleep.

I'll check and see if it is instability with the internet connection.

As they aren't turning off and not disconnected.

This message occurs usually when the partner device is:

turned off,
without internet connection,
or it has instability with the internet connection.

Regarding problems with the internet connection, they are very commonly caused by instability with IPv6. If you believe this is the case, you can try following our troubleshooting article: 📄 Fix connectivity issues
