I have recently joined a company's IT department and I am relatively new to using TeamViewer. We have been experiencing an issue for some time now with the password we use to connect when remotely accessing a user's computer. We have a password, but it only works one in four attempts, and we often have to resort to using the password supplied by the users' applications, which is inefficient and time-consuming.
I would like to learn how to modify this password and find a method to verify if there is a link between a user on our computer network and this specific password.
