I have to team viewer mac client app, I have to log in daily with SSO to authenticate myself. however, it's not asking for daily login for windows users. is there a way to resolve this?
Which service are you using Okta? OneLogin? We are experiencing the same issues with OneLogin - and there are no settings on the backend that can help - it's poor SAML options on the TeamViewer side.

As a first step, could you please check all the parameters from your identity provider, especially about the sign-on policy?
